2008 Tax Rate for Harvests
The current rates for taxes on timber harvested during 2008 are:
 
Forest Products Harvest Tax: $3.5806 per thousand board feet
 
Small Tract Forestland Severance Tax:
  • Eastern Oregon harvests—$3.40 per thousand board feet
  • Western Oregon harvests—$4.35 per thousand board feet
